A few years ago we took a look at how we went to market with our deliveries (mostly rural area) and decided to pull order by account and deliver with a bulk trailer delivery system. The plan was, in doing this, we would put some labor in the warehouse and eliminate some of the need for extra helpers on the trucks. Plus, this would speed up the delivery process in the market.

After doing this for a couple of years, we noticed all the expense of having to purchase shrink wrap, which was coming back on the truck balled up or stuffed between pallets.
